各教学单位：

为确保2018-2019学年第二学期期末考试成绩录入准确无误，现开展学生登录教务系统核查本人成绩工作，具体事项通知如下：

一、核查对象

2016级、2017级、2018级统招本科生

2017级、2018级统招专科生

二、核查时间

1.学生核查时间：2019年9月2日—9月4日。

2.教学单位上报成绩更正汇总表时间：2019年9月6日。

三、核查程序

1.学生本人登入教务系统查看2018-2019学年第二学期期末考试成绩，查询方式详见附件1。学生如对考试成绩存疑，需在规定的核查时间内向任课教师反映。

2.任课教师对学生提出的成绩核查情况进行审核，对确实存在错误的成绩，则由任课教师按顺序填写《365英国上市公司官网成绩更正申请表》（附件3）并向课程承担单位提出成绩更正申请。

3.课程承担单位逐一审核任课教师提交的成绩更正申请，填写“ 学院（部、中心）成绩更正汇总表”（附件2），并于9月6日16：00前，将相关材料交至教学信息科梁小文老师处。

四、注意事项

1.各学院要将本通知向学生传达到位，确保学生能在规定时间内进行成绩核查。因通知不到位，造成学生成绩应更正而未得到及时更正的，或恶意修改成绩者、对学生反映的成绩问题进行推诿、搪塞者，一经查实，将对相关工作人员追责，并按学校有关管理规定进行处理。

2.在此次成绩核查时间内，未对考试成绩提出异议的学生，则视为成绩无误，今后将不再给予修改。

3.成绩更正申请由各教学单位统一上报，不接受单个学生的成绩更正申请。
